Account Executive

US (Remote), Full-time

Required skills & experience
  • Lead sales calls and manage complete sales cycles with hospital departments (and in the future with hospital systems)
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including direct outreach, discovery, and independent research both inside and outside the existing customer network, inbound marketing leads, and prospect lists.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries and follow through on both internal and external communications
  • Nurture existing accounts to ensure renewals and cultivate upsell opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and report on all opportunities (stage, size, lead source, close date, next steps, etc.) using our CRM platform (HubSpot) and other related tools
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Skills that will help you be great at this role
  • 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales in healthcare arena with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Client service-focused mindset with demonstrable follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact intelligently, and with credibility, with senior physicians
  • Ability to translate the clinical benefits of our products into economic value for our healthcare providers
  • Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in related field
  • Strong verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-on interactions) as well as excellent written communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. You roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary to drive deals to completion. Growth mindset who values flexibility and enjoys our scrappy startup pace
  • Strong team player
  • Deep empathy for our end users and your customers – we work with care teams in hospitals and our product is designed to improve their daily workflows
  • Native-level fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel in the US to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Nice to have: Demonstrated Executive selling experience background (CEO/CFO/COO/CMO of hospitals)
