We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented individual to fill the role of full-time Demand Generation Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing demand generation strategies that align with C8 Health’s mission and drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies that showcase the value of C8 Health’s digital health platform.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and relevant content across various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages, to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content SEO to enhance C8 Health’s online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in demand generation marketing in a growing startup, preferably within the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing effective marketing campaigns.
