Business Development Representative (BDR)

US (Remote), Full-time

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, thrive on generating new leads, and are passionate about driving growth. As a BDR at C8 Health, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential prospects, nurturing relationships, and collaborating closely with our Account Executives to set up meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential prospects via various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone, as well as through marketing campaigns.
  • Execute daily email and calling prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify potential marketing channels and execute appropriate campaigns.
  • Research and network to identify and qualify leads that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Must be able to operate independently to find and create lists of prospects, make initial contact with them, and facilitate introductory web meetings to transition them to the field sales team.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success as a Business Development Representative (or similar role) in a healthcare company, with a focus on selling to hospitals and conducting outreach to doctors and/or nurses. (minimum 1 year).
  • A proactive go-getter with a winning attitude and a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Have strong customer centric work habits
  • Be self-directed and have the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in multiple sales techniques including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g.HubSpot) and a solid familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Native-level fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation
  • C8 Health currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $60,000 to $80,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Employees also will be eligible for a bonus depending on individual performance. In addition, C8 Health offers a comprehensive benefit program to employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits, time off and leave of absence benefits.
