Marketing lead
Full-time, Hybrid, New York City

You will be the first hire in our marketing team and will collaborate closely with the Co-Founder / CEO (who currently oversees marketing in partnership with consultants), as well as with our Creative, Product, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
The role requires experience in growth marketing and content marketing. We are an early-stage startup, and often, that comes with wearing many hats. Join us at C8 Health, where your expertise will not just be valued — it will be pivotal in transforming the future of patient care.
What you’ll be doing
- You will build, test, measure and optimize marketing channels and make adjustments to the conversion funnel.
- Own strategy and execution on key marketing channels (e.g. SEM, paid media, owned media, earned media)
- Lead all aspects of creative and landing page ideation and iteration to continually improve performance
- Craft our content marketing strategy and manage our relationship with service providers (e.g. PR agency, marketing content writers).
- Measure marketing effectiveness and find opportunities to improve efficiency and/or scale
- Analyze results of marketing activities in order to optimize campaigns and determine how and where budget should be deployed
- Work with our sales team and initiate marketing campaigns that nurture the sales pipeline
What we are looking for
- 2+ year in a lead marketing position at high-growth startups
- 3+ years in growth marketing at early-stage startup required;
- Experience in Healthcare B2B SaaS companies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability
- An ownership mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Able to work onsite and remotely
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal creative, product, and sales teams and external partners
- The role will be hybrid: 3 days a week in our NYC office
